"Hide and seek"...

Luke loves to play "hide and seek" with Mommy these days. Well...he doesn't exactly know how to play real hide and seek, and he doesn't really ever hide himself... but until I come up with a different name for it, it's just easier to call it "hide and seek" than "Mommy run and hide around the corner and make a big deal when I come around far enough to spot you and squeal with glee". The pictures didn't turn out great, but I wanted to try and catch the grins I get when he first "finds" me.Drat! Found again! This kid's good.

He does attempt to "run and hide" himself, but he usually just ends up running down the hall, in plain sight, giggling the whole way and proud of himself for his sneakiness, before turning around and running back. This is my cue to make a big deal about "finding" him, and he just laaaaaaughs.

How fun to have your own special game. I agree with your friend above - I want Abby to stay this age forever! She is so much fun and so sweet right now!
